Tipner West is a unique site where land meets sea and roadway meets waterway.

It will pioneer a new way of living – carless environments with kerbless access – in one of the most ambitious and innovative housing and employment developments the south coast of England has ever seen.

The development, branded as Lennox Point, will utilise 67 acres of currently intertidal land in Portsmouth Harbour with direct access to the M275.

Visionary regeneration of this strategic site will create a new visual and economic gateway to the city.

It will provide a significant number of new homes along with thousands of jobs, including a marine employment hub.

In total, the scheme will bring in £1bn+ investment, provide around 4,000 new homes, one million sq ft of marine employment, and 2,250 metres of new waterfront.
