Manydown, near Winklebury, Basingstoke - major development expected to include up to 3,520 homes, a 250-acre country park, new schools, and community facilities.

Basingstoke Golf Club and Hounsome Fields, Basingstoke – two schemes adjacent to each other including the proposed redevelopment of the golf course to provide around 1,750 new homes, retail space, and community facilities.

Future Places – this is a new development company launched by Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole Council with the ambition to develop and regenerate around a dozen sites across the area, delivering around 3,500 new homes between them.

Southern Gateway, Chichester – Major urban redevelopment of 30 acres of brownfield land to create 365 new homes and commercial space to support the creation of 1,400 new jobs

North Dorchester ‘Garden Community’, Dorchester – Around 30,000 homes are set to be built in the catchment of Dorset Council between now and 2038, and the largest single scheme currently on the horizon is for a ‘Garden Community’ of 4,000 homes on land north of the historic county town of Dorchester.

Fawley Waterside, Fawley – redevelopment of the former Fawley Power Station site to deliver a sustainable new waterfront community with around 1,500 homes and the potential to create 2,000 jobs in sectors including marine employment and advanced engineering.

Nicholson Road, Ryde – commercial scheme beside the existing Ryde Business Park with 14.6 hectares of land available for development to boost the island’s economy. This is one of several development projects on the island, which also include Ryde Gateway and Newport Harbour.

Tipner West (Lennox Point) – innovative development utilizing 67 acres of intertidal land at Portsmouth Harbour with the potential for around 4,000 homes and 1 million square feet of marine employment space.

Former Tricorn Centre site, City Centre – new development opportunity which could deliver thousands of new homes right in the commercial heart of the city.

Whitehill and Bordon development – Potential for nearly 1,300 homes to accompany recent developments in the area. This is one of several large housing projects currently being put forward in the East Hampshire district.

One Horton Heath, south of Fair Oak – Significant scheme where Eastleigh Borough Council is acting as the developer for this 355-acre site to create a new community with the potential to deliver around 2,500 homes

North Stoneham Park, Eastleigh – new community currently under construction which will comprise around 1,100 new homes once completed

Welborne Garden Village, north of Fareham – A significant development of around 6,000 new homes between the M27 and South Downs National Park. The scheme is also set to include new schools and community facilities.

Daedalus and Solent Enterprise Zone, Lee-on-the-Solent – new commercial development over several phases focusing on advanced engineering and manufacturing especially in the marine, aerospace, and aviation sectors, supported by an operational airfield and marine slipway

East Anton, northeast of Andover – new housing development which is currently underway and is likely to deliver a total of more than 2,500 homes once completed in around 2028/29.

Fen Meadow and Broadleaf Park, Nursling and Rownhams – two schemes in the same community near Southampton providing around 650 new homes.

Mayflower Quarter, City Centre – Overarching rejuvenation of 84 hectares of land stretching from the Central Station to the Waterfront. The first phase is likely to be the Maritime Gateway with around 600 new homes and commercial space, with much more to follow in the later phases.

Centenary Quay, Woolston – more than 1,400 homes on the former Vosper Thornycroft shipyards and Southampton’s tallest tower, Vantage Apartments.

Leisure World, City Centre – revitalising the 1990s entertainment complex with a combination of new homes, business spaces, and hotels with modern leisure and wellbeing facilities.

Bargate Quarter, City Centre – redevelopment of the former Bargate Shopping Centre to provide more than 500 homes and retail space beside the historic Bargate and City Walls.

Townhill Park Estate Regeneration – 665 homes over several phases and a new ‘village green’ to rejuvenate the Townhill Park estate.

Nelson Gate, City Council – transformation of a former office complex to deliver a mixture of commercial, residential, and hotel space opposite the Central Station.

Union Street and The Galleries, Aldershot – a two-phased redevelopment of the town centre including two new shopping centres, multi-storey parking, and around 225 homes including student properties.

Civic Quarter and Kingsmead, Farnborough – a town centre rejuvenation taking place across two sites with an aspiration to deliver new homes, retail, cafes, and restaurants.

King’s Barton, north of Winchester – First major expansion of Winchester in a generation with around 2,000 new homes on the northern edge of England’s historic capital.

Kings Walk / Silver Hill rejuvenation, City Centre – opportunity to develop four hectares of land in the historic heart of Winchester close to the cathedral with a mixture of residential and commercial space.

Hartland Park, Pyestock, near Fleet – brownfield development on the former National Gas Turbine Establishment complex with the potential for up to 1,500 homes over several phases.

Dunsbury Park, Waterlooville – commercial venture which will provide 665,000 square feet of warehousing, manufacturing, and office space over 45 acres of land beside Junction 3 of the A3(M).

Land at Southleigh between Emsworth and Denvilles – development opportunity with an aspiration to provide at least 1,650 new homes to meet local demand and housebuilding targets.
